  • Meet with you to understand your goals: audience, key take-aways, and point in the sales cycle.

  • Gather content, typically by interviewing your experts

  • Develop a detailed outline for your team to bless or refine.

  • Tell your story with clear prose and real-world examples, gearing the story to your audience: business people or technologists. First drafts are typically pretty close to final.

I love technology and am versed in a wide range of topics, including cloud, AI/ML, Internet of Things, DevOps and modern software engineering, networking, cybersecurity, and software-defined everything. Industry experience includes government, enterprise, healthcare, K-12 and higher ed, small and midsize businesses, public safety, service provider, and more.
